Request IT Support

Need help right now? Follow the steps below. New to Ozark Tech Team? Schedule a consultation first. This page is for current clients.

Start here if something is broken

  1. Call (870) 538-6788 during business hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM CST) and say your company name and what’s down.
  2. Or open a ticket in the Client Login portal so we can track and respond to your request.
  3. Or email info@ozarktechteam.com with your name, callback number, error message (photo OK), and whether customers or payroll are blocked.
  4. Download the remote app for your computer below so we can connect as soon as a technician is ready.

What to include in every request

  • Your name and company
  • Best callback number
  • What you were trying to do
  • Exact error text or a screenshot
  • How urgent it is (one person vs. whole office)

We’ll confirm receipt and give a realistic next step, usually remote help first. We will never ask for your password by email.

Before a remote session

  • Close personal windows you don’t want on screen
  • Stay at the computer until we finish
  • Have your Microsoft 365 login ready
  • Ask questions. We explain what we’re changing

Emergency & after-hours contact

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

If the whole office loses email, you can’t access files needed for operations, or you suspect a security incident (ransomware warning, locked files, strange login alerts):

  1. Call (870) 538-6788 and leave a clear voicemail with your name, company, and callback number.
  2. Do not pay a ransom or run unknown “cleanup” tools.
  3. Unplug the affected PC from the network if files are encrypting and wait for our guidance.

After-hours coverage depends on your support agreement. If you have a priority or after-hours rider, use the emergency number in your welcome packet. Otherwise, we’ll respond at the start of the next business day and prioritize outages.
